The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Minden, Nebraska.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or a class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of this arbitration provision within 30 days of your first purchase by sending a written notice to our mailing address. If you do not opt out, you are bound by these arbitration terms.

14. Severability
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
