Return and Refund Policy

1. Overview
Thank you for shopping at 【OOTD Store】. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer laws.
2. Return Window
You have 【30】 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
Gift cards / E-gift cards
Downloadable software or digital products
Intimate apparel (underwear, socks, swimwear) if hygiene liner is removed
Perishable goods (food, flowers)
Custom or personalized products
Clearance items marked as "Final Sale"
4. Return Process
Please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Contact us at 【desireeelise@outlook.com】 with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: Once approved, we will send you the return address and instructions within 【1-2】 business days.
Step 3: Securely pack the items and send them back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Defective / Wrong Items: Return shipping is covered by 【OOTD Store】. We will either provide a prepaid label or reimburse you after receiving the shipping receipt.
Change of Mind: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If free shipping was applied to the original order, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
If returned items do not meet our policy, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and return the items at the customer's expense.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement item.
7. Refunds
Inspection: Refunds are processed within 【3-5】 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

8. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 【48 hours/7 days】 at 【desireeelise@outlook.com】. Include your order number, a description, and clear photos/videos showing the issue and the packaging.
9. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
For refused packages, return-to-sender shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect address information.
